Description

Your registration fee covers your participation at The Collective: March 2-3, 2017 in Knoxville, Tennessee. Included with your registration is:

  • a continental breakfast, snacks, and coffee both days,
  • the opening night dinner and reception on Thursday,
  • and a lovely swag bag.

The optional dine-arounds (Wednesday) and pub crawl (Friday) require separate registration and are dutch treat.

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Please contact Corey Halaychik (chalaych@utk.edu 865-974-9314) with any questions about your registration.

Venue

Sessions will be at the Holiday Inn Downtown Knoxville. Other events will be held at locations in the downtown Knoxville area within walking distance of the official hotel.

Weather Policy

If inclement weather forces the cancellation of the educational activity, refunds of conference registration fees will be made to all registered attendees. Refunds cannot be made to individual registrants due to weather-related transportation issues. All registered attendees will be notified of weather cancellation via an e-mail up to one day before the conference.

Parking

Free parking is available for all conference attendees in the Holiday Inn Downtown Knoxville self-parking garage. Parking validation is not available for the surface lots.

Registration Completion and Payment

Registration is complete and a seat will be reserved for you only when payment is received.

University of Tennessee Employees

UT Employees may contact Corey Halaychik (chalaych@utk.edu) to register using their development fund account and bypass the Eventbrite.

Cancellations

If you must cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible. A full refund, minus $18 handling fee will be made if your written cancellation request is received no later than 30 days before the event. After that date, refunds are not available. Registered participants who do not cancel their registration in writing are responsible for the program registration fee, even if they do not attend.

Substitutions are encouraged in lieu of cancellation and can be made at any time. E-mail written requests to chalaych@utk.edu.
